LPG is a one woman band working very hard and fast to get your deliveries out.
Royal Mail have major delays and LPG can not guarantee specific delivery dates and is not accountable for lengthy delivery times - it’s completely out of my control. All orders will be processed as quickly as possible. All mail will be sent Signed For where possible so your parcel can be tracked. Please contact me for the tracking number if you are waiting on a parcel - at this busy time I am unable to send tracking details to every client whilst busy getting your orders together. Refunds/ claims for missing post can not be made till after three weeks after initial dispatch. Thank you for your understanding.
If you would like an item quickly, I’m sure I can assist but please check with me before ordering. Future sales mentioning unrealistic dates in the notes may be charged extra/ incur a courier fee. Always email me with any queries on deliveries or your items before leaving reviews.
